Our Leadership
Guided by Living Legends
VMY is not a startup programme. It is the culmination of decades of research, practice, and dedication by three individuals whose combined contribution to yoga, neuroscience, and child development is unparalleled.
When a parent chooses VMY for their child, they are placing their trust in this lineage — and that trust is sacred to us.

Founding Vision
The tangible, material world may be real, but the transcendental essence is infinitely truer — it is the ultimate, eternal, and absolute truth.
When people fully harness the divine potential granted by nature or the Supreme Power, they are bestowed with extraordinary or transcendental abilities, known in scriptures as Riddhi-Siddhi (spiritual powers). However, if we have not yet realized our inherent human potential, the need for such extraordinary abilities does not arise. The tangible, material world may be real, but the transcendental essence is infinitely truer — it is the ultimate, eternal, and absolute truth.
In this context, I am delighted to present the Vedic Manas Yoga program, a significant step towards the discovery of this absolute truth and the holistic development of human potential. This program is designed to awaken the inherent capacities of the brain and the “third eye,” known as the pineal gland, enabling individuals to experience the highest levels of human and transcendental abilities, paving the way for comprehensive mental, physical, and spiritual growth.
This program, rooted in ancient Vedic and Yogic sciences, holds immense promise for the holistic development of human beings. The Pineal gland, often referred to as the seat of higher consciousness, plays a pivotal role in regulating our body’s rhythms and enhancing our spiritual abilities. By nurturing this gland through systematic practices derived from our rich Vedic heritage, we open pathways to heightened sensory awareness and deeper spiritual insights.
The techniques embedded in this course are not merely exercises; they are sacred pathways to unlocking the dormant capabilities within each individual. Through practices that stimulate the brain and the third eye — such as meditation, pranayama, specific yogic postures, and naad yog — people will experience a profound expansion of their consciousness.
“When a child learns to breathe with awareness, they learn to live with awareness. This is the seed of all greatness.”
— Swami Ramdev Ji
I praise all the contributors who have created this program in its present form for their attempt to revive ancient knowledge in the contemporary context. May this initiative awaken in us a sense of wonder, inner peace, and an unshakeable connection with the universe — and more and more people will take advantage of it.
With blessings for the journey ahead.
Science & Research
There exists an inseparable bond between Yoga and the Vedas in Indian culture — the Vedas have given birth to Yoga, which unites the mind, body, and soul.
Among all the world’s cultures, India stands not only as one of the oldest but also as one of the most exceptional cultures. The roots of Indian culture and civilization lie in the Vedas, which have served as the original source of profound wisdom, giving rise to the divine tradition of Yoga.
It is with great pleasure that I introduce the Vedic Manas Yoga program, a unique journey into the ancient wisdom of Vedic and Yogic sciences, aimed at nurturing the inherent potential of individuals. The primary focus of this program is to activate the brain and the pineal gland, often referred to as the “third eye,” through carefully designed methods.
The Pineal gland holds a revered place in ancient traditions for its potential to awaken heightened states of awareness and perception. Through the systematic practices outlined in this program, people are guided towards activating their pineal gland, thereby promoting enhanced sensory capabilities and holistic well-being.
One of the notable outcomes of this program is that participants can develop the ability to see with their ‘third eye.’ They can even perceive objects with closed eyes, blindfolded, or in complete darkness without any light.
“The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali described the architecture of the human mind two thousand years before neuroscience gave it a name.”
— Acharya Balkrishna Ji
The Vedic Mānas Yoga Program integrates various activities and techniques to awaken and empower the third eye and the brain. I invite you to delve into this transformative journey with an open heart and mind.

Programme Leadership
A curriculum is only as powerful as the clarity with which it is delivered — every teacher, parent, and child understands exactly what is happening and why.

“Children do not need more information. They need stillness, discernment, and a sense of who they are. VMY gives them all three.”
