- Normally 5+ years of documented work (emerging: 2–5 years; lifetime: 20+ years).
- Indian or international; self-nominated or nominated by others with consent.
- Relevant training, credentials & registrations, verified where applicable.
- Maximum two categories per nominee.
What to submit
- Professional profile (≤300 words) & contribution statement (≤500 words).
- At least 3 verifiable evidence items (records, publications, references, impact).
- Up to 5 supporting links/files and 2 referees.
- Signed declarations on accuracy, conflicts & consent.
Integrity: Nominations and jury decisions are independent of sponsorships, donations and registrations. Complementary & spiritual practices are assessed for ethical conduct, training and service — not for unsupported medical efficacy or supernatural outcomes. Awards are never sold or guaranteed.
