June 21, 2024, Haridwar: On the tenth International Yoga Day, the demonstration program of Vedic Manas Yoga (Third Eye Activation) was completed in the dignified presence of Revered Swami Ramdev Ji and Revered Acharya Balkrishna Ji at Patanjali Yogpeeth Haridwar. The children of the scientists of Patanjali Research Foundation had taken training in basic and advanced courses from the master trainer of Vedic Manas Yoga, Shri Arvind Rana ji. The children performed in front of thousands of Yoga seekers, Aastha TV, Sanskar TV, and other national news channels. They surprised everyone by performing unimaginable and unbelievable actions with their eyes closed and blindfolded.
Acharya Balkrishna ji said that recognizing objects with closed eyes, reading, writing, and playing, all these are normal things; The main benefit is the development of children's memory power and ability to understand the subject by learning this knowledge. He said that there is another side of Yoga which helps in accomplishing tasks considered impossible with the awakening of inner consciousness and this is proved by the performance of these children. Research done by the scientists of Patanjali Research Foundation showed an increase of up to 52% in the cognition ability of children, which may seem unbelievable but is also true.
Swami Ramdev ji also appreciated the results of Vedic Manas Yoga and said that Yoga has some unique abilities, Yoga not only gives physical, sensory, and mental powers but also gives extrasensory powers. There is an ultimate truth of Yoga beyond the body and by increasing concentration, the third eye within can be opened, which is also called Prajna Chakshu or Third Eye, which can be activated through Yogasana, meditation and Pranayam.
Seeing its success, a 3-month ODL certificate course will be run by the University of Patanjali to prepare teachers of Vedic Manas Yoga. It is likely to be launched in the next one or two months. Patanjali Yogpeeth is working with the resolve to enhance the intellectual abilities of lakhs of children every year by preparing thousands of teachers with this knowledge.
