The fundamental tool for the success of Vedic Mānas Yoga is the meditation process devised by Maharshi Patanjali. It involves practicing the methods of Saṃprajñāta-Samādhi, known as Vitarka and Vichara, along with various activities aimed at the holistic development of children. In the Vedic Mānas Yoga camp, we conduct different activities to stimulate the release of happy hormones. To achieve a state of concentration and activate both hemispheres of the brain, we do brain gym exercises and various physical activities. This practice also incorporates several techniques to activate the pineal gland, midbrain, and especially the hypothalamus.

Children up to the age of 15 are capable of recognizing colors with closed eyes after just 14 hours of practice. The curriculum includes activities designed to enhance the activity of the prefrontal lobe. Upon completing this program, there has been a remarkable improvement in children's reasoning power, cognition ability, memory, and comprehension abilities.

To develop intellectual capacities, we conduct Yajña using special sāmagrī. The inclusion of yajña fire gazing, sun gazing, trāṭaka, Prāṇāyāma (breathing exercises), and visualization techniques in the program has shown evidence of increasing children's IQ levels by 30 to 50%.

Regular practice of Vedic Mānas Yoga leads to significant enhancement of intellectual abilities.

Revered Swami Ramdev Ji and Acharya Balkrishna Ji are dedicated to bringing this knowledge to the masses. Let us all adopt this new method, capable of rapidly developing the intellectual capacities of India's children and children across the globe and contributing to building their bright future.
